  – Applying emotional intelligence in a HR leadership context e.g. motivation, conflict management and creating a positive environment
  – Behavioural skills for coping with different scenario’s in an emotionally intelligent manner

• Developing generic EQ improvement techniques, as a HR Manager
• Developing targeted EQ improvement strategies (based on the 5 EQ competencies)
• Personal effectiveness skills as HR Manager
  – Resilience
  – Assertiveness
  – Personal habits and life success principles
  – Stress management

• Self-analysis is conducted to determine own emotional intelligence abilities, in the capacity of HR Manager
  – Evaluating own level of emotional intelligence in order to determine strengths and development areas
